We may, in a written notice to you, cancel or postpone the event. In the event of cancellation, we will refund the amount to you within 1 month after notice of cancellation.
If you are not satisfied with the courses and intended to request for a refund, please inform the respective sales person on the first day of training. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
After the first day of training, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
